About the
Coaching
It has been proven that nearly 90% of all training
is lost without proper follow up coaching. It only makes sense. If
you take the time out for training, your work piles up back at the
office. When you start to tackle the pile it is normal to revert to
your old, tried-and-true way of doing things and, before you know
it, the lesson has been lost.
To learn to actually
use new skills, you need someone to stay with you and answer your
questions when unique situations arise. You will improve at the fastest
rate when you can talk with someone who knows what you are dealing
with and can make suggestions.
I also understand
that this is a new concept and that, to make it work, I will have
to prompt you to some extent. I have over ten years experience, as
part of my consulting work, setting up and running various sales operations
from timeshare to seismic retrofitting and even more experience providing
positive, constructive evaluations of speakers and presenters at all
levels and I'm the author of the internaltional seminar Managing
and Motivating Salespeople. I am absolutely commited to providing
you with the best help my experience and training can offer.
Heres what
David Akins of Ocean
Quest Pools by Lew Akins in Belmont, TX has to say about my approach,
I was not prepared for the sheer volume of materials included
in the program, far more than I expected. Hal follows up, too. He
makes sure I use the system and I do because it really works!
Guy Wood
of Westside
Pools in Ft. Worth, TX comments,
I have over 27 years experience yet I find that Hals coaching
is as valuable as the additional sales.
One issue that
arises with the coaching is, Who gets the credit for your
success? The answer is an unqualified, You do!
Although I may show you a more effective way to market and sell pools,
it is entirely up to you to get out there and actually do it. That
is why you make the big bucks.
Succuss is more
than just the money. Growth and self-improvement are rewarding, as
well. A letter I recently received from a graduate, tells it all....

Well, Hal
it's been almost one year since I went to the Millionaire Pool
Program and I have got to tell you again how grateful I am to
have been a part of the first class!
Besides
almost doubling the amount of pool sales I have done in the
past and having about a 15% increase in purchase price, I am
selling pools in the middle of winter with 4"-10"
of snow covering the ground. I had previously sold only one
pool in the past (14 years) in the winter and have already signed
four contracts for this spring, not to mention that I am working
with six other clients at this time! I have just sold my first
negative edge pool and have another one that's coming together
as I write you.
Just being
around people like yourself and the others that were in the
class along with your mentorship throughout the year has been
worth twice what I paid to be in the class (actually at least
four times more). I have more confidence and get more accolades
from customers than ever before.
I really
can't tell or express how much you and the class have changed
my outlook on life and the pool industry! Thank you so much!
I hope some day to see you again and maybe even participate
in another class.
Your friend,
Ted Puryear
